This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the digital subscriptions and services provided by Pegasus Core LLC (doing business as “Feraltime“). By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
We believe in giving our users full control over their accounts. How you cancel depends on how you originally subscribed to our platform:
- For Direct Subscriptions (Processed via CCBill): You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no hidden fees or questions asked. To cancel, simply log into your Feraltime account, navigate to Account Settings > Subscription, and click the “Cancel Subscription” button. Your cancellation will be processed automatically, and no further charges will be made.
- For Third-Party Subscriptions (Processed via Pixiv Fanbox): If you are an active subscriber through Pixiv Fanbox, your billing and subscription parameters are handled entirely within their ecosystem. Feraltime cannot modify, stop, or cancel charges made through Pixiv. To cancel, you must log into your Pixiv Fanbox account and manage your subscription directly from their platform.
2. Access After Cancellation
Regardless of your billing method, when you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all digital content, chapters, and illustrations within your tier until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once the cycle expires, your access to premium areas will be restricted, and your account will revert to a free status.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital content (immediate access to digital literature, creative writing, and conceptual illustrations), all sales are final.
- We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused days within an ongoing billing cycle.
- Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as a verified system technical failure that prevented access to the platform for a prolonged period, or duplicated charges processed in error by our payment gateway.
If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund or are experiencing technical billing issues, please contact our support team immediately at dappytime@gmail.com before contacting your bank. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 business hours.
